Food & Drinks Policy

To keep the studio clean and professional for all guests, hot food is not allowed in the recording space. However, drinks and small snacks are permitted. Please be mindful of the equipment and dispose of any waste properly.

Location & Parking

Our studio is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from Southgate Station, making it easily accessible by public transport. If you're driving, we offer free on-site parking for your convenience.

Studio Support

A technician will be on-site throughout your session to assist with setup, monitor the recording, and troubleshoot any technical issues. If you have specific recording requirements, feel free to discuss them upon arrival.

File Storage & Retrieval

We will store your recorded files for 5 days after your session. Please ensure you bring an external hard drive/SSD or USB to collect your files immediately after recording. If you need to retrieve your files within the 5-day period, let us know as soon as possible. After this period, all files will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Important Information for Your Session:

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow for setup and a smooth recording experience. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

Bring Your Own Drive: Please bring an external hard drive or USB with enough storage capacity to receive your files immediately after your session.

Session Timing: Your session will end promptly at the scheduled time. If you go over, we will have to cut off the recording to avoid delays for other bookings. A 2-minute warning will be given when time is almost up.

Additional Time: If you require extra time, please check availability with us in advance. Additional fees may apply.

After Your Session:

• If you booked the Essential Package, you’ll receive the raw files at the end of your session.

• If you opted for Pro or Premium Packages, edited files will be delivered within [timeframe].

  
  

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your session will incur a 50% fee. You can manage your booking here anytime:
